Grill Time in Cologne

Due to the staff 3 stars, otherwise 1-2 stars! The meat is rotten and not fresh! What you can eat there is pizza and simple dishes! You shouldn't order anything else here!

Food is delicious and the service is quite friendly. When ordering over the phone, something goes wrong.

Worst store in the world, incredibly rude service. 9.50 € for Adanakebab with doner plate salad without lemon. 5 € for 2 burnt lahmacun (again without lemon). Pizza sucuk completely burned.

Eating Manti here is a joke, far too much ice cold yoghurt (I also upload a photo). And if you mention this, it is called normal and that comes from yogurt, strangely enough, the pasta noodles are cold from below. Afterwards, the guest is made fun of and insulted in Turkish. Something like that only goes wrong if you understand the language. I recommend this snack too nobody, unfriendly and not even respond to the guest. Rather, insult. That was the first and last time I ate there. A pure flop. Do something good and go to the good nice Turk.

We have been regular customers for 4 years and can only say positive things. Staff are all super friendly. Fast service and cleanliness are there on the agenda. The food is always very tasty and fresh. We are glad to have such a great snack in the area.
